"Capsaicin" present in chili affects nerves

Scientists do not understand why there is such a relationship between the two ?? Some earlier research suggests that the capsaicin present in chili helps to keep your brain sharp. However, a high dose of capsaicin is given to inactivate nerves and nerves in which pain is felt.
Researchers claim that it affects the nerves of the brain, but this theory seems highly imaginary. Some other experts told people who like chili in food that they do not need to leave chili yet. The research was carried out at the "Qatar University" and included researchers from the University of Southern Australia. Exercise is Very Important Before "Breakfast"

Vip technique
Workout before breakfast is twice as good

Exercise is Very Important Before "Breakfast"

Introduction

People can control their blood sugar levels by changing the time of eating and exercising. According to new research, doubling fat before the workout is a mistake. According to research, if you decide your lifestyle then your blood sugar level will also be fine and body weight will also be reduced.
Researcher Javier Gonzalez said, "We have found in research that changing the time of eating and exercising can have a positive effect on health." The group that exercised before breakfast had a greater ability to respond to insulin than those who did not.   Researchers at the University of Bath, UK, said that people who exercised before breakfast burned twice as much fat as those who exercised after breakfast. According to research published in the Journal of Clinically Endocrinology and Metabolism, we get more health benefits when we exercise in the morning after being hungry overnight. For this, one does not have to increase the intensity of the workout nor do much time and effort.

This is how the research was done

The researchers conducted research for 6 weeks, involving 30 male participants. All participants were either obese or overweight. These were divided into 2 groups. One group exercised before breakfast and the other after breakfast. The results of these two groups were compared. In this research, a control group was placed which did not change their lifestyle.
Insulin levels are low before breakfast. In such a situation, the body uses more fat than exercising. The body uses the fat stored in tissues and muscles as fuel by exercising in the position before breakfast. In the 6-week research, the participants did not lose much weight, but improved their health, increased insulin response and reduced the risk of heart disease.

Arthritis (Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, arthritis symptoms)

Vip technique

Arthritis

Arthritis (Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, arthritis symptoms)

 Introduction to arthritis

The condition of arthritis in India is similar to that of developed countries. Around 18 crores or 15% of the population is suffering from diseases like arthritis. There have indeed been many reforms in the world of medicine. The average age is increased. The risk of infectious diseases has also decreased, but non-communicable diseases have emerged on a large scale. Arthritis is also one of these. The situation of autoimmune diseases is getting serious due to the changes in lifestyle, environment, and climate.

Arthritis is a chronic disease, it cannot be cured completely. But good treatment exists. Symptoms, pain, and inflammation of the disease can be controlled through many medicines.

The sooner the disease is diagnosed, the better the treatment. If it is a case of arthritis, see a specialist. Due to the lack of good rheumatologists and lack of information in people, most cases of Rheumatoid Arthritis are being seen by orthopedic specialists. In cases of RA, wherever possible, see a rheumatologist. Do not take any tests for confirmation of arthritis. Also, do not leave the treatment in between.

Symptoms of arthritis: In simple words, arthritis is a problem of inflammation or inflammation in the joints. There is joint pain, swelling, and redness in it. There is pain and stiffness in the joints and muscles when waking up in the morning, which starts to heal within half an hour of being active. These are symptoms of arthritis. In inflammatory arthritis, this effect can also persist for a long time.

Inflammatory Arthritis and Non-Inflammatory

Some arthritis has symptoms of inflammation and pain, called inflammatory arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, and ankylosing spondylitis. The wear and tear of joints and cartilage or degeneration of joints with aging are called degenerative arthritis, such as osteoarthritis. It gives relief by relaxing the joints. In inflammatory arthritis, it is necessary to keep the joints active.

Symptoms of arthritis also depend on the type of arthritis. Lupus Arthritis patients have symptoms like fever, mouth ulcer, hair fall, skin rashes in the sun. Symptoms like muscle weakness, back pain, red eyes, increase in breath and cough also appear.

The main reason for their increasing number of cases among the youth is the wrong way to work late on the computer, sitting in the same position, getting up and lying down. In show grain syndrome, dryness occurs in the eyes and mouth, affecting the teeth. Some patients have deformities in their joints or the joints stop working. In degenerative arthritis, the sound often comes from the joints or sensation under the skin when getting up or moving.

Arthritis screening and treatment

Arthritis is not a fatal disease, so carelessness is taken in its treatment. Many times patients take painkillers on their own. Leave the treatment in the middle or resort to chandeliers. Due to these reasons, it is late in getting the right treatment.

To identify arthritis, we check for rheumatoid factor, anti-CCP, ANA, etc. in the blood. These tests are done to confirm autoimmune diseases. The rheumatoid factor is also found positive in healthy people. One percent of such cases are found in young people and up to 5 percent in people above 70 years of age. The severity and condition of rheumatoid arthritis are known by the anti-CCP test. Arthritis is confirmed through both tests and physical examination. There is no direct cure for osteoarthritis. But there are disease-modifying anti-rheumatoid drugs for disease-modifying anti-rheumatoid for rheumatoid arthritis. There are also certain biological drugs that affect the protein molecules associated with the immune system.

Pain relievers such as paracetamol and opioids are effective in reducing pain. Corticosteroids drugs reduce inflammation and pain. These are given both by drugs and vaccines. When the joints start to get crooked, which cannot be corrected in other ways, the help of surgery and joint replacement is taken. Exercise and physiotherapy also provide relief in pain.

The final thing is that this problem is serious, it requires lifelong treatment and care. So do not get discouraged and keep the environment clean.

5 Reasons For Frequent Fever

Vip technique

Why does fever go up again and again ??

5 Reasons For Frequent Fever

Introduction

The number of patients with viral, chikungunya or dengue fever is quite long. Viral fever is quite common. Health can be right if you get the right treatment. But some fever climbs quickly. In this case, it is necessary to know the reason. According to Dr. SK Sharma, former Vice-Principal of Lady Hardinge Medical College, "Fever is the cause of infection." Some infections affect the temperature center of the brain by coming in contact with white blood cells. Fever means that the internal system of the body has been activated to fight the disturbances caused due to infection, due to which the temperature of the body starts to rise. Immunity to disease decreases. Usually, we consult the doctor on high fever, but mostly due to mild fever, we are negligent. Frequent high fever can be a sign of a major illness. In such a situation, visit Dr. instead of treatment with OTC medicines or home remedies. ''

Frequent fever and causes

(1)  Seasonal Fever: This fever is caused by the food fed with 'Salmonella typhi bacteria'. There is also a possibility of periodic fever from the water contaminated by the feces and urine of the victim. It is also called Typhoid fever. If fever occurs for more than a week, then a typhoid test should be done. If there is no proper treatment, the problem may increase. Sudden high fever, body aches, weakness, head and stomach pain, low appetite, diarrhea in children, constipation in the elders, intestinal ulcers may be the problem if the disease increases.

(2)  Arthritis Fever: It is an autoimmune disease. In this, the body's immune system starts attacking the healthy cells of its body. Joint stiffness, bar-2 fever, weight loss, loss of appetite, skin rashes are the main symptoms.

(3)  Lung problems: Lung related problems have increased due to increasing pollution. This disease progresses slowly, due to which many times the person is not even aware. Symptoms of onset cough, phlegm, chest pain, and fever usually occur.

(4) Cancer: In cancer, cells of any part of the body divide and grow uncontrollably. Symptoms are seen as the loss of weight, frequent fever, loss of appetite, pain in bones, cough or bleeding from the mouth, excessive sweating.

(5) Fever in AIDS: HIV virus first reduces the immunity of the body. Often the patient struggles with many types of diseases. High fever, loss of weight, tension, vomiting, diarrhea, red marks on the skin, pain in muscles and joints, changes in nails, etc. are symptoms every 3-4 days.

How to rescue ??
  1. Show to Dr. Do not eat antibiotics by yourself.
  2. If fever occurs, measure the fever with a thermometer at least three times a day. This will help Dr. in treatment.
  3. Cold spawning with normal water. The icy cold water shrinks the blood drains. Due to this, the temperature of the clothes does not get exchanged between the body and cold clothes and the fever does not come down fast. Squeeze the wet cloth and place it on the joint site of the throat, forehead, stomach, and thigh.
  4. Sometimes there is a pain in bones. Many people call it bone fever and continue to eat medicines. Get checked for any major illness. This can be a sign of TB and cancer of bones.
  5. If fever is not taken care of, it increases the risk of recurrence. Follow a healthy lifestyle. Take care of cleanliness.

Fructose-rich diet has bad effects on liver

Vip technique

Fructose-rich diet has bad effects on liver

Fructose-rich diet has bad effects on liver

Damage to mitochondria from fructose (Fructose) diet: Researchers monitored the dynamics of an important enzyme for fat burning, known as cptp1a. Higher levels of ctp 1a are considered better. This indicates that mitochondria were performing their burning functions correctly. While the high-fat fructose diet had low CPT1a (ctp 1a) levels, which meant mitochondria did not function properly.
A study has shown that high doses of fructose can be harmful to the liver. According to the study, foods with high levels of fructose (processed foods and sugary drinks) may damage the liver's ability to burn fat properly. The study was published in a journal called Cell Metabolism. The study stated that high levels of dietary glucose improved liver fat burning function, while fructose-rich foods had negative effects on fat burning. C. Ronald, a professor of medicine at Howard Medical School, says that the most important thing revealed from this study is that high fructose intake in the diet is bad for health.
According to the Joslin Diabetes Center's Chief Academic Officer, this is not bad because it is high in calories, but because it is bad because it affects the liver's fat-burning efficiency. This results in the conclusion that the addition of fructose in the diet leads to the accumulation of excess fat in the liver, which is bad for the liver and whole-body metabolism.
The study on animals performed a comparative study of the effect of 6 different diets on metabolism. It consisted of a diet containing high fructose, high glucose, high fat, high fat with high fructose, and a high fat-high glucose diet. Researchers analyzed different scales to determine the effects of each diet. The study found that acycleritin production was highest in animals eating high fat and high fructose diets.
