People can control their blood sugar levels by changing the time of eating and exercising. According to new research, doubling fat before the workout is a mistake. According to research, if you decide your lifestyle then your blood sugar level will also be fine and body weight will also be reduced.
           Researcher Javier Gonzalez said, "We have found in research that changing the time of eating and exercising can have a positive effect on health." The group that exercised before breakfast had a greater ability to respond to insulin than those who did not.   Researchers at the University of Bath, UK, said that people who exercised before breakfast burned twice as much fat as those who exercised after breakfast. According to research published in the Journal of Clinically Endocrinology and Metabolism, we get more health benefits when we exercise in the morning after being hungry overnight. For this, one does not have to increase the intensity of the workout nor do much time and effort.

This is how the research was done 

The researchers conducted research for 6 weeks, involving 30 male participants. All participants were either obese or overweight. These were divided into 2 groups. One group exercised before breakfast and the other after breakfast. The results of these two groups were compared. In this research, a control group was placed which did not change their lifestyle.
                        Insulin levels are low before breakfast. In such a situation, the body uses more fat than exercising. The body uses the fat stored in tissues and muscles as fuel by exercising in the position before breakfast. In the 6-week research, the participants did not lose much weight, but improved their health, increased insulin response and reduced the risk of heart disease.
