8 Dangerous Virus and 20 Ways To Avoid Virus

We are surrounded by many types of viruses. But some viruses are more dangerous. When news of a new virus spreads to any part of the country or the world, the first question arises that how to avoid this virus? But some precautions can protect us from any virus.

These days, coronaviruses are growing not only in China but also in Britain and are slowly catching up with other countries. We are exposed to some kind of virus every day. Virus attacks occur very frequently, especially in winter. In winter, close contact viruses reach each other. According to a report, if someone in the family gets a virus attack in the winter, 88% of the family members are also victims. Diabetes, hypertension, and heart patients are also at higher risk of the virus. Mild viruses increase the risk of fever, cold, cough, viral diarrhea, throat and chest infections, and pneumonia. Common cold, nasal congestion, this is a common discomfort. Their viruses spread to each other through the breath. Children have a higher risk of diarrhea due to viral infection. Sometimes this virus also happens to us. Viruses also reach inside the body through the mouth and nose. Although symptoms appear in the body depending on the nature of the virus, symptoms of cough, cold, headache and shortness of breath are seen in people.

Understand what is a virus

Viruses are very small viruses or biological agents. These proteins are shell-covered molecules that spread rapidly through contact with living cells. Any virus can infect any animal, plant, or bacteria. Some viruses are deadly, which can be fatal if not treated at the right time. They invade living, normal cells only, and use those cells to increase the number of other cells.

Why is the virus dangerous

Viruses can kill, damage and even change the structure of your body's cells. Because of this, you start falling ill. Various viruses attack the liver, respiratory system and blood in your body. The body becomes ill due to disturbances in cells. So you might wonder how dangerous the virus can be, and if you are still thinking that viruses are not very dangerous, then coronavirus would be the best example of the virus at this time. So far 2100 people have died due to coronavirus and 76000 people are unsafe.

Types of viruses

Types of viruses

1- Livestock

The viruses that affect animal cells, including humans, are called animal viruses. For example, influenza virus, rabies virus, mumps virus, smallpox virus, hepatitis virus (common cold virus), etc.

2- Vegetation

Viruses that infect plants are called plant viruses. Their genetic material that remains in the blood of the protein. For example, Tobacco Mosaic Virus, Potato Virus, Banana Banchi Top Virus, Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl, Virus, Beat Yellow Virus.

3- Bacteriophage

Viruses that infect bacteria or bacteria cells are known as bacteriophages or bacteria eaters. They contain DNA as genetic material.

How the virus spreads

How the virus spreads

According to Dr. Navneet Kaur of Nova Specialty Hospital, very fine droplets are spread in the air when sneezing or especially. In such a situation, the virus can be spread by coming in contact with supernatural droplets released from the breath of an infected person. It spreads throughout the body within 1 to 4 days. We call it a common cold. Common cold or viral cures itself in two-three days. But if it lasts for a long time, cough fever, mucus in the chest, thick mucus starts accumulating in the nose. This causes difficulty in breathing, fever, pneumonia, etc. When the virus reaches the body through food, it can affect the intestines. Infection or exposure to body fluids such as blood, saliva, semen, and other similar fluids can spread to another person, especially virus infections such as hepatitis or AIDS.

Do not eat antibiotics when there is a virus

Usually, when we have a cold, antibiotics work by eating the pill. However, antibiotics should never be taken if due to a virus. Very few people know that antibiotics only treat diseases caused by bacteria. If you have become ill due to the virus, then even taking your antibiotic will not affect the body. Use any antibiotic only on the advice of a doctor.

Some diseases caused by viruses

  • chickenpox
  • Common cold
  • Chicken Fox
  • Influenza
  • Genital herpes
  • Measles
  • Polio
  • Rabies
  • AIDS

8 Dangerous Virus

By the way, there are many types of viruses, and their effects also vary. But today the virus I am going to tell you are as follows-

1- coronavirus

Coronavirus (COV) belongs to a family of viruses, which can cause problems ranging from colds to breathing problems such as infection. This virus was not seen before. Its transition began in December in Wuhan, China. According to the WHO, fever, cough, shortness of breath are symptoms of coronavirus. So far no vaccine has been made to stop the virus from spreading.

2- Marburg virus

Marburg virus infection disease (MVD), also known as Marburg hemorrhagic fever, is a serious and fatal disease. Marburg spreads from one human to another by contact with an infected person's blood, body secretions, feces, other body fluids, clothing, bedding, etc.

3- Ebola

Ebola is a dangerous virus. This infection is spread by animals. No medicine has been made to eliminate Ebola from its root. Ebola is spread through multiple secretions from some animals in Africa.

4- Bird flu

Avian influenza (H5N1) virus is popularly known as bird flu. Which affects humans and birds more. Bird flu injection is spread through birds such as chicken, turkey, and duck species. This can cause the death of humans and birds. It is necessary to rest to fix it. Eat nutritious food. Take most of the liquid. In the case of bird flu, an infected person is advised to do so.

5- dengue fever

It is caused by four types of dengue virus spread by mosquitoes. All viruses spread through mosquito species known as Aedes aegypti or Acid albopictus. Dengue virus infects mosquito bites that enter the human bloodstream. Due to which they have dengue fever.

6- HIV

The full name of AIDS is acquired immune deficiency syndrome, which is from HIV. Due to this, the natural immunity of man becomes weak. This virus goes on destroying man's ability to fight against diseases. The functioning of the immune system in our body is to protect the body from infectious diseases (which are caused by bacteria and viruses). In this sense, AIDS is a syndrome rather than a disease.

7- Influenza

Influenza is a type of virus that causes infection of the respiratory tract. The influenza virus begins with a cough, a cold, and mild fever. Influenza virus enters our body through the nose, eyes, and mouth. Apart from this, the virus is also spread in the person coming in contact with influenza especially after sneezing. If this is ignored, it becomes a serious disease. Influenza virus increases the risk of pneumonia, ear infections, sinus infections, etc.

8- Swine Flu (H-1, N-1)

Influenza A spreads from person to person infected with H-1, N-1, type 1 of swine flu. It is called a type of swine influenza virus, the origin of which is unknown. It shows only the symptoms of common influenza. Swine flu was not fatal to animals or humans. But when the virus mutated, it took the form of an epidemic. Fever, cough, headache, weakness and fatigue, sore throat, runny nose, its symptoms are seen in this disease. The most important thing about this virus is that it is possible to cure this virus.

20 Ways To Avoid Virus

20 Ways To Avoid Virus

  1. Keep the mouth covered while sneezing or especially. If there is no tissue or handkerchief, cover the mouth with the elbow portion instead of the palm.
  2. Wash hands before eating or preparing food. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
  3. After using the bathroom or changing a diaper, avoid touching your eyes or mouth and clean your hands thoroughly.
  4. Washing hands is an effective way to prevent disease. Soap and water work to kill the virus. Wash hands for at least 20 seconds.
  5. Do not eat chopped fruits and vegetables sold in the open. Eat non-vegetarian food less. Avoid eating raw meat and seafood.
  6. Wear a mask outside or in an infected place.
  7. Keep alive or dead away from wild and domesticated animals.
  8. Stay away from people in crowded places.
  9. People taking care of a sick person should also take care of their health. Wear masks and gloves. Keep children away.

  11. Do not smoke and consume alcohol.
  12. Do workouts every day.
  13. Keep the weight balanced.
  14. Keep blood pressure the same.
  15. Complete sleep.
  16. Wash hands before eating.
  17. Wash vegetables thoroughly before cooking, this reduces the risk of infection.
  18. Drink plenty of water and fluids.
  19. Vitamin C rich things like; Eat citrus fruits like orange, amla, seasonal, pomegranate, grapes, etc. Eat more seasonal fruits and vegetables.
  20. Eat dry fruits.

As you may be aware, how much the outbreak of coronavirus has increased nowadays. Therefore, keeping the virus in mind, you should adopt the 20 measures mentioned above, so that you can protect yourself and your family from the virus as well, thank you.

Amazing Benefits of Cocoa Consumption You Must Know

Hello friends, how are you all? Welcome to Today's topic is going to be very special because today we are going to talk about cocoa. The same cocoa with which chocolate is made. According to one study, drinking hot melted chocolate helps a person to stand on their feet and walk at the age of 60 years. According to a recent study, cocoa, which makes chocolate, helps maintain the smooth flow of blood in the legs. During the research, participants consumed 3 cups of hot chocolate every day for 6 months, an improvement in their walking speed and methods was found.

A study was done on people suffering from PAD

Cocoa contains a substance called epicatechin which is also found in dark chocolate. Researchers believe that epicatechin increases blood flow to the muscles behind people's feet, enabling them to walk more. This research was done on people who were suffering from common peripheral artery disease (PAD).
Researcher Professor Mary McDermott of Northwestern University in the US said, "There is not much therapy available to improve the ability of people with peripheral artery disease (PAD) to walk." Researchers Neomi Hamburg said people with pads have as much difficulty running, as patients with heart palpitations. People suffering from peripheral artery disease (PAD) do not have sufficient blood flow in the leg muscles, this always causes pain in the feet.

What is PAD peripheral artery disease )

Peripheral artery disease (PAD) is a disease that narrows the arteries. Peripheral artery disease (PAD) causes pain, stiffness, and stiffness in the muscles of the feet during running. When peripheral arterial disease (PAD) occurs, the vein may block completely or there is a lump in the veins. The patient feels tired most of the time when peripheral artery disease (PAD) occurs.

The research was done like this

The study studied 44 participants with peripheral artery disease (PAD). All participants were over 60 years of age. The participants were divided into 2 groups. One group was given a cocoa drink 3 times a day and the other group was given a drink without cocoa. The cocoa was not sweet and contained 15 grams of cocoa and 75 grams of epicatechin. At the beginning and end of the research, the walking performance of these participants was judged. Also, blood flow in the legs of these participants was measured in MRI scanning. The research found that participants who consumed cocoa walked 42.6 meters more than others. At the same time, the group that did not consume cocoa was 24.2 meters lower than before. Looking at the positive effects of this result, researchers said that cocoa intake helps increase blood flow to the feet.

I hope you have enjoyed learning about this study of cocoa. So from today, do this remedy for the elders of your home, and get them free from joint pain. Thank you for reading the article.

You Would Hardly Know Such Benefits of Breast Milk

Mother's milk is like nectar for children. Some people refuse to feed the mother's first yellow thick milk to children. They believe that it is a curse for children, it will be harmful to them. but it's not like that. Mother's milk provides many benefits to children. Drinking mother's milk provides many benefits to children. like; Enhances immunity, reduces the risk of diabetes, keeps the digestive system healthy, improves vision, prevents cancer. Breast milk is not only helpful in children's brain development, but the carbohydrate oligosaccharide-2FL present in milk also helps in cognitive development. This has been claimed in recent research.

Children perform better than breast milk

The amount of oligosaccharide-2FL present in an earlier month in breast milk was related to the cognitive development of 2-year-old children. This shows that by consuming mother's milk in the initial months after birth, children's cognitive development is good. Having better cognitive development in the initial 2 years can have a prolonged effect on children's lives.

This was revealed in the analysis

The US University of California conducted research on 50 mothers and their children. Researchers analyze the ingredients present in breast milk and the frequency of weaning in children 1 to 6 months old. When these children reached 24 months of age, children's cognitive development was measured using the Belle-3 scale. It is a test that shows the brain development of children. In several breast milk samples, we identified amounts of oligosaccharide-2FL, researcher Lars Baud said. This technique gives us the ability to separate the elements present in milk. This provides information about children's cognitive development.

I hope you have liked this article and through this article, you have got information about the new Health Steady. Because of which the importance of mother's milk must have increased for you and thank you for reading this article.

8 Main Causes And 7 Treatments For Chest Pain

Along with the elders, even young people are seen complaining of chest pain. As soon as it is called chest pain, the brain first starts moving around the heart attack and heart problems. It can happen, but many other problems can also cause chest pain.

Chest pain can be caused by acidity and also due to any heart disturbance. Do not ignore chest pain and seek the right treatment from a doctor. There can be many reasons for chest pain. Let us know what causes chest pain-

1- Angina

A person suffering from angina feels heartache on walking, climbing stairs. This is due to the lack of blood in the muscles. The pain usually caused by angina is due to heredity, diabetes, high cholesterol or already suffering from heart-related disease.

2- Heart Attack

This pain is very severe and can occur suddenly. The pain is felt from the chest to the hands (usually affecting the left hand, but probably in both hands). During this period, restlessness, vomiting, and sweating also occur. Although the pain in a heart attack intensifies, it does not happen many times. Especially in the elderly and people suffering from diabetes, its intensity is less.

3- Gastroesophageal reflux disease

This problem occurs due to disturbances in the digestive system. Food in our body first comes to the stomach through the food pipe. The inner lining of the stomach produces a variety of digestive secretions to digest food. When stomach acid starts going up instead of going down, there is chest pain and burning sensation. It is also called acid reflux.

4- gallbladder stones

There is a sharp pain in the chest below the chest bone when there is an infection in the gallbladder or after getting stuck in the stone, tube. In this way, the waist, there is a pain in the right shoulder and upper right part of the abdomen. The pain may last from a few days to a few months.

Cough, chest pain, shortness of breath, mucus are common symptoms in severe lung disease. infectious bronchitis, pneumonia, pulmonary embolism also often feel pain near the chest. infectious bronchitis usually starts in the nose or throat and causes swelling in the tubes, causing cough and chest pain. This can result from smoking, dust and toxic gases working long hours. Pneumonia causes inflammation of the lung membrane. When the patient breathes, the air is rubbed against the swollen surface, which causes chest pain. Pulmonary embolism causes blood flow to the lungs to stop, heartbeat. Very sharp pain is felt due to swelling in the tissue of the lungs.

6- Muscular or bone-related causes

Sometimes, swelling in the muscles can cause chest pain due to damaged tendons around the ribs. This problem can also be caused by ribs, fracture injuries. In costochondritis, there is swelling of the ribs along with thin bones of the chest, due to which touching the ribs also causes chest pain.

7- Mental problems

Sometimes heart pain can be caused by extreme fear, sudden shock, increased heartbeat, excessive sweating and shortness of breath. When an organ system of our body is not able to perform normal functions properly, the body gives various signals in the form of symptoms. If they are not taken seriously in time, the body becomes weak and weak. Unhealthy lifestyles, change in eating habits, increased stress levels and insomnia problems have posed a health hazard. This danger is increasing so much that who can be vulnerable to which disease, it cannot be said.

If you suddenly have a problem with it or it is happening again and again at certain intervals, then be alert. Sometimes some problems are solved on their own. It is not that if it has been a long time that the disease persists, it would be right to contact the doctor. You should contact the doctor immediately.

Symptoms of serious illnesses

  1. Breathlessness
  2. Sudden headache
  3. The prolonged cough does not cure
  4. Improper lack of energy, fatigue all the time
  5. Rapid weight loss

Some serious diseases

Do not ignore such problems occurring again and again, know why-

1- Severe Headache

Severe Headache

Headaches can occur for many reasons; Insomnia, affective problems, stress, hypertension, migraine, dehydration, meningitis, brain tumors, bleeding around the brain or blood clots. Excessive intake of pain medications causes headaches in many people. Remember that staying out for too long in the sun, drinking too little water can also cause pain throughout the day. Any effect on the brain can be fatal. This is a medical emergency so do not delay in getting treatment.

What to do if you have a severe headache?

If you have a headache, improve your lifestyle and diet, eat a balanced and nutritious diet, don't go hungry for long, eat regularly so that sugar levels are right, avoid stress, meditate, don't take drugs, If you do not get rest even after doing all these remedies, you must contact the doctor.

See a doctor

The doctor will check what type of headache is there and its pattern. It is usually asked what time the headache occurs. Depending on other symptoms, a doctor may also ask for blood tests, brain scans, X-rays, city scans and MRIs. Further treatment is done on the report only.

2- Prolonged Cough

Prolonged Cough

Cough can occur due to cold and fever, but it is cured within a few days. If you have a cough problem for 4 consecutive weeks in children and 8 weeks in adults, take it seriously. There may be one or more reasons for a prolonged cough, such as; Problems such as acid, reflux, chest infection, GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease), TB (Tuberculosis), COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), tissue damage to the lungs can be the cause of a persistent cough. If there is blood in the mucus, it can also be a sign of lung cancer.

What to do if you have a Prolonged cough

Do not eat too much fried spicy food, so that there is no problem with acid reflux. If you are an asthma patient, take medicines on time, do not eat stale food, start the day with lukewarm water and take home remedies with honey and ginger juice.

See a doctor

Doctors will examine how much chronic and severe cough problems are. If you have asthma, medication will be given. Antacids are given to prevent acid. Lung functioning, tuberculin skin tests, lung X-rays and CT scans are performed to detect TB and lung problems.

3- Breathlessness

If there is a sudden breath in climbing or walking in two or four steps, it can have a direct relationship with the heart and lungs. The role of the heart and lungs is to maintain blood circulation and oxygen levels in the body. The slightest disturbance affects the breathing process. Shortness of breath, asthma, low blood pressure or pulmonary embolism may occur. If the problem persists for a long time, it may be related to COPD, pulmonary edema, anemia, lung cancer, irregular heartbeat. Obesity, anxiety, and allergies are also responsible for this.

What to do if you have a breathlessness

Keep weight under control, do not smoke as it can be the major cause of COPD. It is important to stay away from pollutants and chemicals. Do regular health-related exercises. If you already have problems, take medicines on time.

See a doctor

Anemia is detected in a blood test. If hemoglobin is low, it is cured by medicine and food. Apart from this, chest X-ray, echocardiogram, angiogram, MRI, heart city scan, stress test, lung functioning test, are done.

4- Persistent fatigue

Persistent Fatigue

We sometimes feel tired due to overwork or lack of sleep, this is not a serious matter. If you feel persistent fatigue for a few days even if you are eating properly or have a correct routine, then it can be a sign of liver disturbances, anemia, thyroid, cancer, chronic infections, diabetes, sleep apnea, etc. However many other symptoms are identified in major diseases. Stress, depression, obesity, lack of physical activity, anemia and fatigue are also due to dietary mistakes.

What to do if you have a Persistent fatigue

To avoid fatigue, eat balanced and nutritious food at regular times daily. Exercise regularly for half an hour, get 6 to 8 hours of sleep, avoid excessive intake of tea and coffee as excessive intake of caffeine also leads to fatigue. Reduce the intake of sugar also, due to its intake the body gets energy immediately but after a while, the energy level in the body starts decreasing. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water every day, because dehydration is one reason for fatigue. Maintain the average weight of your body, if the weight has increased then try to reduce it.

See a doctor

If you are getting tired due to a lack of sleep, then you will feel refreshed after completing sleep. Doctors can get blood tests done. Thyroid and sugar tests are also recommended based on other symptoms. Do not ignore it if you are tired for a long time. This can be a symptom of a serious problem.

Timely investigation can avert the danger

If you notice any disturbances in the body, see a doctor immediately. Most of the health problems in the first phase are either completely cured and it becomes possible to live a normal healthy life. According to the American Cancer Society, if the cancer is screened in the first stage and proper treatment is started on time, almost the same type of cancer can be completely cured.
Many people also avoid taking a doctor-prescribed test in the early stages. It is important to understand that medical tests are indeed necessary under certain special circumstances. This helps in choosing the right method of treatment. Initially, lifestyle changes, diet control,  yoga and exercise cure diseases. Most investigations are easy, painless and take place in a very short period of time.

I hope you liked this article and many of your questions will also be resolved through this article. If you also have any of these problems, then you must try the measures mentioned above and must contact the doctor once, thank you.

Kidney Diseases Will Be identified In Advance

Kidney Diseases Will Be identified In Advance

In Saudi Arabia and Belgium (24%), Poland (18%), Germany (17%), Britain and Singapore (16%). Norway and the Netherlands 5%. There are 14% in the United States, 13% in Canada and Australia. 7% in South Asia and Africa, 11% in North America and 12% in Europe.
You must be wondering what is this? These are the figures where the number of kidney patients is highest. So you can guess from this how serious and big kidney disease is. Kidney disease continues to spread day by day. Therefore, to avoid kidney disease, researchers have developed a cheaper test that can identify future kidney diseases or the need for dialysis.

Patients will be able to avoid kidney transplant

Researchers at the University of California, Man Francisco have developed a test that will detect from the excessive amount of protein present in the urine of patients with kidney disease whether they are likely to develop any serious kidney disease in the future. The results of this test will enable patients to receive treatment beforehand, which will save many patients from dialysis and kidney transplantation.

Kidney disease is identified by protein

Lead researcher Chivuan said that the protein present in urine indicates future kidney disease. However, it is not used in patients with severe kidney injury. It is an inexpensive process that is used in many other places. Protein testing should be done for these patients. There is a risk of recurrence in patients recovering from the disease. It also increases the risk of kidney failure, heart disease, and death. 13 million people worldwide suffer from kidney disease. 20% of patients with this disease have an increased risk of severe kidney disease within three to 5 years.

The researchers studied two groups of participants. One group did not have kidney disease and the other group had severe kidney injury. The study was carried out from 2009-2018. After 4.7 years, 138 of the participants with acute kidney injury had increased kidney disease. At the same time, 58 patients had this disease at the advanced stage. According to the researchers, early detection can prevent serious kidney disease with various drugs and treatments.

Kidney disease increases the risk of heart disease

People who have kidney disease have a higher risk of heart disease. Research by the University of Alabama has identified a pathological change that links kidney disease to cardiovascular disease. This pathological change is called coronary microvascular dysfunction. In this, the secretion of blood in the blood vessels of the heart decreases due to which the muscles of the heart become weak.

The research was done like this

This research studied 1500 patients who had severe kidney disease (acute kidney injury). It is a disease in which the kidney stops filtering waste from the blood. Patients who had high protein content in their urine after being discharged from the hospital were found to have a 150-fold higher risk of future kidney disease. Acute kidney injury can occur at any age.

I hope that you must have liked knowing about this research done by scientists through this article. Therefore, this study will be highly beneficial for kidney patients, thank you.

Health Study: 5 Serious illnesses Due To Night Shift

If you work in the night shift then this information is very important for you. This article is very important for all those who work shift work. People working in night shifts do their work by staying awake all night and it can be very dangerous for them. Night shift workers are more at risk of having sleep disorders and metabolic syndrome (metabolic disorders). For both these reasons, there is a higher risk of heart diseases, stroke, and type-1 diabetes. This has been claimed in recent research.

Changing the shift is dangerous

"The strength of our economy and the security of our society depends largely on those working in the night shift," said Kshama Kulkarni, principal researcher at the University of Tauro, USA. In such a situation, it is very important to pay attention to the people working in the night shift. Previous research found that nurses working at night shift were found to have 9 times more metabolic syndrome than nurses working in the morning shift.
According to the researchers, working in the night shift changes the biological clock of the person, which works to control nerves and hormones. As soon as a person's biological clock is disturbed, due to which the level of their hormone starts to change. They increase cortisol, Ghrelin, and insulin levels, and decrease serotonin hormone levels. Metabolic syndrome develops due to changes in hormone levels.

Diseases due to night shift work

Working in the night shift causes the following diseases-
  1. Sleep disorders.
  2. Digestive related disorders.
  3. Digestive related disorders.
  4. heart disease.
  5. Encephalitis
  6. Type-1 diabetes.
  7. Change in biological clocks.
  8. The level of cortisol, Ghrelin, and insulin increases.
  9. Serotonin hormone levels decrease.

Do not overdose sugar

Prior research has shown that people working in different shifts consume more beverages and fat snacks. They reduce protein and vegetable intake and often skip meals. Researcher Kshama Kulkarni said that it is true that getting enough sleep, eating a good diet and exercising is very important for the health of all. Although these things are greatly reduced in people working in the shift, we need new methods to keep the health of such people healthy.

I hope this article proves to be very important for you and this article is also very important for you. If you also work in the night shift then you have to take care of your health. To avoid the 9 serious diseases mentioned above, you must eat fruits and vegetables and do not forget to exercise at all in the morning.

Prolonged constipation increases mood fluctuations and irritability. Sometimes it becomes difficult for a person to sit up with people.

What is constipation

Constipation is a serious problem associated with the digestive system. If there is no bowel movement for a long time or you have to put a lot of pressure to pass a bowel movement, it is called constipation. (1)  Markerstudy: This shows how food is working in your body. The doctor will give you medicine to eat. Then the X-ray will be done, which shows the correct condition of the stomach.

(2)  Anorectal manometry: Through this test, doctors insert a tube inside the body through the stool gate. This tube shows the correct condition of the muscles of the body.

(3)  Barium enema x-ray: One night before taking this test, a person suffering from constipation is asked to drink plenty of water. After this, the intestines and part of the rectum are examined through X-ray.

Constipation Symptoms

Causes of Constipation in Young Children

  1. If too much toilet training is imparted in young children, many children become nervous by this process and block stool. It causes constipation.
  2. The digestive system of young children is affected due to the changing season and many children have constipation problems.
  3. Constipation can also occur when children release fluids and start taking solids. Note that there is no lack of fiber and water in the body.
  4. While cow's milk is very mild for children, but some children are allergic to cow's milk, it causes constipation.

Is this the reason for constipation?

(1)  Consuming less fiber: Fibers that help in cleaning the intestines. This makes food easily digested. The stool moves easily. Constipation starts when there is a lack of fiber in food.

(2)  Low intake of substances: Food ingredients first need fluid to come easily to the food pipe and then to the intestines. Nobody can do this work better than water. When drinking less water, the intestines dry up and constipation begins.

(3)  Hypothyroidism: This is a problem associated with the thyroid, in which the thyroid gland becomes inactive. This causes the metabolism to be sluggish. As this problem increases, along with this, problems of fatigue, rapid weight gain and constipation begin. If this is happening to you too, then you must contact the doctor.

(4)  Drug DependenceIf there is a pain in the stomach, there is medicine or if there is a pain in the head, medicine! Consumption of certain medicines and painkillers can also cause constipation.

(5)  Lack of sleepOn one hand, the constipation problem affects the quality of sleep, the constipation problem persists even when there is a lack of sleep. Sleep has a profound effect on our digestive system.

(6)  During PregnancyConstipation occurs even when there is a secretion of progesterone hormone during pregnancy. This causes muscle contraction and food reaches the intestines slowly. Pregnant women consume iron too much, it can cause constipation. Often this occurs in the first 3 months.

(7)  Stress and lack of manual laborSitting for long hours and lack of physical activity makes metabolism worse and causes constipation. Stress has a bad effect on our digestion.

(8)  The supplement is dangerousThose taking iron and calcium supplements also have a higher risk of constipation.

(9)  Stop urineIt has often been observed that at times when we are busier in office, we stop urine. It is not good for health. This can not only cause more infection from the urinary tract but can also cause constipation.

Do not eat such food during constipation

This Domestic Beverage Will Reduce The Risk of Dementia

Consuming a cup of black tea daily can reduce the risk of dementia and Alzheimer's. This has been claimed in recent research. Black tea is rich in Flavanols. This nutrient helps in improving the health of the brain.

Flavanol reduces inflammation

Researcher Doctor Hollande said, our results show that taking flavanols with diet reduces the risk of Alzheimer's and dementia. The antioxidants in flavanols protect brain cells from damage and thus reduce the risk of dementia and Alzheimer's.

There are four types of flavanols

In this research, flavanols are divided into 4 different types.
  1. kaempferol
  2. Isorhaminate
  3. Myricetin
  4. Curacetin
(1)  kaempferol- kaempferol which contains green leafy vegetables such as; Spinach, black, broccoli, and black tea are plentiful and reduces the risk of dementia by up to 51%.

(2)  Isorhaminate- Isorhaminate is found in olive oil, red wine, pear, and tomato sauce. This reduces the risk of dementia by up to 38%.

(3)  MyricetinMyricetin is found in black, orange, tomato, and red wine, and reduces dementia by up to 38%.

(4)  Curacetin- No effect of curacetin has been observed.

The study was done on the elderly

A study was done on 921 elders at the University of Chicago. He was monitored for 12 years and asked about his diet. This research found that people who consumed more flavonols in about 1 cup of black tea per day were found to have less than half the risk of dementia and Alzheimer's. Olives, pears, oranges, and broccoli contain plenty of flavanols that can prevent amnesia.
More studies are needed to confirm this, said lead researcher Doctor Thomas Holland, but the results of this research provide evidence of the benefits of flavanols. Consuming tea along with more fruits and vegetables is an easy and inexpensive way to prevent dementia. As the number of elderly around the world is increasing, any method of preventing dementia can be very beneficial for the medical field.

The Study was done like this

The study studied 921 elderly. The age of these people was 81 years. They were asked questions about their diet. These people were monitored for 12 years and intensively examined every year to detect Alzheimer's. Alzheimer's symptoms were seen in approximately 220 participants. Those who consumed 15.3 mg of flavanols a day showed a reduced risk of Alzheimer's up to 48%. Location and lifestyle along with diet were also taken into consideration during this research. In the group consuming the most flavonols, 28 out of 186 people had dementia, while 54 of the 128 people who consumed the least flavanols had dementia. Other Alzheimer's hazards such as; This result was confirmed only after taking into account diabetes and hypertension.
